Customer must request a Return Authorization from Arts and Organics by emailing Service@ArtsAndOrganics.Com. Customer must include the order number (PayPal Transaction number), Item Number (including Color) and a detailed description of what is wrong with the item. What Constitutes Damaged Goods with Arts and Organics? The item must be either damaged and/or non-funcional for Arts and Organics to replace the item. How Long does Customer have to File a Return Authorization Claim with Arts and Organics? Arts and Organics will grant a Return Authorization only if the Customer provides the above information within fifteen (15) days after item has been shipped to Customer. Who Pays for Return Postage? Upon receipt of a Return Authorization, the Customer must pay for packaging and postage to Arts and Organics. Arts and Organics will pay for shipping costs for the replacement item, which will be shipped within two (2) business days.
